Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Assist in training and encouraging apprentices.
- Understand how systems operate together to service facilities.
- Provide digital and written reports/logs.
- Communicate professionally with TEAM members, tenants, owners, property managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Well organized.
- Proficient with most or all of the following equipment: chillers, boilers, DX equipment (constant volume and VAV), pumps, fans, terminal units, mechanical/electrical controls, BMS systems, and complex facility systems.
- Understand how the equipment operates as a system to serve a facility.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Universal CFC License.
- At least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.

Experienced HVAC Construction Mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Properly install equipment, ducts, air distribution, piping, and controls.
- Assist in training and encouraging apprentices.
- Communicate professionally with TEAM members, super intendants, tenants, owners, property managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Well organized.
- Proficient with blueprint and technical manual reading and understanding.
- Proficient in the installation of most or all of the following equipment: chillers, boilers, DX equipment (constant volume and VAV), pumps, fans, terminal units, mechanical/electrical controls, BMS systems, gas piping, chiller/boiler piping, refrigerant piping, and systems commissioning.
- Understand how the equipment operates as a system to serve a facility
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Universal CFC License. (Preferred)
- At least 5 years of commercial installation experience
- Punctual
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
