Chris is an Owner Member and the Engineering Manager of TEAM Mechanical, LLC. Chris’s responsibilities include maintaining communications with clients, management of design / build new construction and owner direct project sales, assisting with the custom design and sales of the TEAM Program maintenance agreements, business development, and company management. Chris is always available to help clients utilize the full range of TEAM Mechanical, LLC’s resources to make their facilities operate more efficiently and more reliably.
Chris is a 1995 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Kim Winfree
Owner
Kim is an Owner Member and the Controller for TEAM Mechanical, LLC. Kim’s responsibilities include financial management of the company. Kim is responsible for administrative and financial decisions. Kim is experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of mechanical contracting and TEAM Mechanical, LLC’s resources.
Kim is a 1991 graduate of Appalachian State University. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

James was an integral part of starting and making Team Mechanical what it is today. He was well respected by family, customers, co-workers, and friends. He provided intellect and an immense sense of joy to the entire Team Mechanical family. James has a wonderful family, a beautiful wife Heather, and two unbelievable girls, Katie and Reagan. He is greatly missed by everyone.
